  • How do I place my order?

    Select a category-Choose the product of your choiceCreate an account by registering with Samyakk in the login page or you can just select the product and proceed to the checkout page as a guest.Note: If you register, you can avail benefits such as -you will be able to move to the check out process faster, store multiple shipping address, view and track orders in your account.-Carefully enter the shipping address-Enter the coupon codes as applicable-Click on the 'Proceed to check out' option- Select the appropriate payment option (COD, Net Banking, Debit/Credit card, CC Avenue, PayPal)
  
  • How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

    After login just click on the cart button on the top right of our website to view the items in the shopping cart-Also, Login to your account-You can view your recent order history in 'Account dashboard'. You can 'view order' or 'reorder' there.
 
  • How do I modify the items to in my cart?

    After logged in click on the cart button on the top right of our website. You can modify the items (add/remove) accordingly and update the shopping cart-Also, Login to your account- Go to Account Dashboard- Reorder- Edit. You can modify the items (add/remove) accordingly and update the shopping cart.
 
  • How do I signin to my account and/or edit the information in my account?

    Login to your Samyakk Account- Go to Account information- Address Book. You can edit the information according to your needs.
 
  • How will I know that you have received my order?

    You will receive a confirmation mail from our end on placing the order with full details of the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) option, you will receive a confirmation call from our team.
 
  • What is the estimated time of delivery?

    We usually process the order in 4-5 working days. Also, the estimated shipping time is mentioned under each product.
 
  • How do I check my order status?

    Log into your account- Go to Dashboard- My orders. You can check your order status. Also, you can get in touch with our customer service team over the "live chat" option
 
  • Do you charge for your shipment?

    We have worldwide shipping free for all the products excluding fabrics and designer blouses. Shipping for fabrics & designer blouse: Indian Customers Shipping free for all products on purchase of Rs.2000 & above.For order value of Rs.1000-2000 -Rs.100 shipping charge. & Overseas Customers: For order value below 70Dollars- shipping charge would be 8 Dollars(500 INR) .
 
  • Can I return the apparel I purchased online?

    You can exchange the products by sending us a mail regarding the same or by intimating us over call within 24 hours after you receive the shipment. Also, the product should reach us within 7 days after the return was initiated.
 
  • What is the minimum value of order?

    Your minimum order with Samyakk has to be for INR.1000 .
 
  • How do I pay?

    We have Cash on Delivery option (only throughout India). You can also pay by your debit/credit card, Net banking, CC Avenue, PayPal.
